Kelman products are extremely pleased to announce the introduction of the revolutionary Kelman TRANSPORT X to the Ecuadorian market. Paute-Molino, a hydroelectric power plant based in Ecuador, purchased the Kelman TRANSPORT X unit.

Paute–Molino have 10 transformer units and they took the decision to purchase a Kelman TRANSPORT X in order to monitor their fleet while instigating an on-line DGA monitoring project.

The Kelman TRANSPORT X test uses state of the art infrared measurement technology to give accurate, reliable results in a matter of minutes. The Kelman TRANSPORT X product represents an invaluable tool for Asset Management and will increase the power of any DGA program .

Wilson Enríquez (Electric and electronic maintenance) spoke about the benefits of the Kelman TRANSPORT X for their fleet of transformers:  “From now on, our transformers will be monitored and we will be safe during the installation of on-line monitoring units for all our transformers”
